Tanzania Premier League powerhouse Azam FC are on the verge of signing Ghanaian goalkeeper Abdulai Iddrisu, Sportsworldghana.com understands.
The Bechem United FC first choice goalkeeper arrived in Tanzania on Monday to complete all other formalities of his transfer to the Blue and Whites outfit.
He left the camp of the Black Galaxies team who are preparing in Egypt for the 2023 Africa Nations Championship in Algeria this month.
The goalkeeper decided to cut short his stint with the Black Galaxies to travel to Tanzania to complete his move, ruling him out of the tournament.
Iddrisu will put pen to paper to sign his contract with Azam on Tuesday and will be unveiled on the same day.
