FC St. Pauli head coach Timo Schultz , has lauded the signing of Ghanaian striker Daniel Kofi Kyere, saying “Kofi is an absolute asset to our offensive game”.
Kofi Kyereh joins the lower tier side on a three-year deal after leaving relegated club SV Weisbaden at the ended season.
The Ghanaian sensation impressed greatly at the club during his one week assessment sessions and has now been offered a deal ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Head coach Timo Schultz said “Kofi is an absolute asset to our offensive game. He is a goal-scoring and strong player who can be used flexibly and thus offers us tactical and playful opportunities in our attacking game. And that’s exactly what I expect from him: that he brings his strengths – as well as his risk of scoring – to us. We look forward to him!”
