Asante Kotoko coach CK Akunnor has described goalkeeper Felix Annan as the best in the country following his impressive performance against Zesco United in the Caf Confederation Cup.
Annan’s heroics earned Kotoko a shaky 2-1 win over Zesco United in crucial fixture.
Annan pulled off some brilliant saves at the Baba Yara Stadium including saving Jesse Jackson’s penalty in the first half which denied the Zambians the equaliser.

The Black Stars goalie also palmed Rahim Osmanu’s header over the frame for a corner kick in the 88th minute for the Porcupine Warriors to hold onto their slim lead.
”Felix was brilliant and that’s why he’s there. He’s No.1 in the country as far as goalkeeping in the country. No words to describe him. He helps the team a lot,” Akunnor said in his post-match conference.
