The Ghana international made his first appearance for the Yellow Canaries against the Red and Blues much to his excitement.
Andre Ayew is delighted with his debut for his new club Fenerbahce in their 2-1 win over Cagliari at Sukru Saracoglu Stadium in Wednesday’s friendly game.
The 28-year-old joined the Yellow Canaries on a season-long loan deal from Swansea City- relegated to the English Championship last season – after only spending six months with the Swans following his arrival from West Ham United in January.
The Istanbul based team finished as runners-up in the Turkish Super Lig last term and have recruited the attacker in their quest to have a successful campaign in the upcoming season.
“Happy to play my first friendly game for the club, good win. We thank Allah. Let’s prepare for next week,” Ayew posted on twitter.
