Feyenoord is reinforcing its interest in Kwame Tabiri. According to 1908.nl, the Rotterdammers are working on a proposal to take over the nineteen-year-old talent from FC Dordrecht.
Tabiri is a defensively minded midfielder, who has a contract with Dordrecht until mid-2027. The Schapekoppen also have the option to extend the contract by one season.
The Algemeen Dagblad reported on Tuesday evening about the interest in Tabiri, and emphasized that there is no ‘done deal’ yet. Feyenoord wants to change that with the upcoming bid.

What exactly Dordrecht wants for Tabiri is not entirely known. Partly due to the excellent relationship between the clubs, a deal does not seem far away. In principle, the intention is for the Breda native, who has Ghanaian as well as Dutch nationality, to join Feyenoord Under 21.
The right-footed Tabiri made sixteen appearances for Dordrecht last season , in which he neither scored nor provided an assist. In March, the controller was rewarded for his development with his debut for Ghana Under 20.
The Algemeen Dagblad also reported on Tuesday that Feyenoord will be strengthening itself with Yoram Boerhout. The twenty-year-old attacker was allowed to leave Ajax on a free transfer and will join the Under 21 team of the Rotterdammers.
Boerhout made thirteen appearances for Jong Ajax in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie last season, divided over only 292 playing minutes. The striker had to tolerate Don-Angelo Konadu and Julian Rijkhoff ahead of him.
