Kumasi Asante Kotoko have had five of their players been handed a call-up to the Black Stars B team by head coach Annor Walker ahead of the 2022 Championship of African Nations Cup qualifiers.
The most In-form Porcupine Warriors players have been handed a call up to join the Black Stars B for the upcoming qualifiers for the CHAN tournament.
According to media reports, Kotoko Skipper and defender Abdul Ganiu Ismail together with four other players have been included in the list.
First choice goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim, Imoro Ibrahim, midfielders Mudasiru Salifu and Richard Boadu ‘Agadas’ completes the list.
Ghana has failed to qualify for the CHAN tournament in the last three editions under former coach Maxwell Konadu.
Ghana are hoping to make it this time as the tournament is set to take place this year in Algeria from 8th January to 23rd January 2023.
