Board member of Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak, Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe has made a wild claim about their former coach Kostadin Papic who left his position as head coach of the club on Monday.
The Serbian tactician attributed the team’s current predicament in the league to an interference by the big men at the club which led to his resignation as head coach.
But according to a board member of the Phobians, the coach got everything wrong at the club and for that matter the players never really liked him and his ways of doing things.
“Hearts of Oak players told the board that Kosta Papic is their problem because of his favoritism in the team when it comes to player selections”, he said at the board meeting on Wednesday.
Nyaho Tamakloe further revealed that the playing body were not willing to put out their best due to the doings and inconsistencies of the manager.
“The players complained that the coach kept changing his winning team and there were inconsistencies of tactics implementation which he also featured
Injured players in matches”, he added.
Papic was in charge of ten matches at Heart of Oak and won four matches, three draws and three defeats before his departure on Monday.
