Osman Ibrahim, striker of Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC has finally returned from his horrible groin injury he sustained in late December 2020 which finally kept him from playing since January 2021.
The former Asokwa Deportivo SC striker was an integral part of the Porcupine Warriors club this campaign before he picked up a groin injury which kept him from playing for a very long while.
Osman has managed to shake off his injury worries and has finally returned to full fitness which could see him make a return to the field in a competition match soon following a successful training.
Before his injury, the former King Faisal FC striker had two goals in four matches for the Red and Whites club and was a great loss for the Kumasi-based team after he picked the injury.
The 21-year-old scored Kotoko’s first and only goal in the CAF Champions League campaign as well as the winning goal for his team when they defeated Legon Cities FC 1-0 in the first round of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
Osman could make an injury return on Saturday afternoon when the Porcupine Warriors face Dreams FC from Dawu at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.
