Former Ghana Football Association Executive Committee Member, Albert Commey has showered praises on GFA president Kurt Okraku.
Speaking to Kumasi FM, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Premier League team Eleven Wonders was full of satisfaction and admiration of the Ghana FA President’s dealings so far.
“On a scale of ten I will rate Kurt Okraku and his administration at the GFA eight because the COVID-19 has really not helped”, he said.
According to him, the current governing body of Ghana Football has brought a lot of new ideas and has changed a lot about the game.
“At least certain things have changed; for the first time the women’s league is being streamed live on Facebook, the pitch they are playing on are very wonderful with some playing on AstroTurfs.”
“With the Division one league, they’ve been given some money with some games being streamed live and the competitiveness shows that we want to go places.”
“When you come to the premiership, the least said about it, there have been a lot of positives around it.”
“Despite the COVID-19 they’ve never stopped working. Kurt Okraku and his council members have exhibited that giving the time they will take Ghana football high”, he added.
