Ex-Frankfurt skipper Alex Meier has praised the quality of German striker of Ghanaian descent Ragnar Ache.
Ache had a torrid time in the just ended season with various injuries as he played just seven times but was able to score a goal for his team.
Meier believes Ache is an excellent player and the goal has released tension on him going into the next season.
“He has a lot of power, is incredibly fast and goes wherever it hurts. I think everyone can be happy that he finally scored his first goal, now that burden is gone. ” Meier told the German Press.
Ache failed to make the German Under 21 team for the Euros due to injuries.
