Once upon a time Ghana Premier League forward, Mahatma Otoo has congratulated Hearts of Oak after the club won 2020/21 Ghana Premier League title.

The now Balıkesirspor player, donned the colours of the Accra-based outfit between 2009 and 2013, before moving out of Ghana to continue his career.

The player despite being the best striker in the league during the 2012/13 campaign was unable to the Phobians to a league title.

However, with one game left to be played this season, head coach, Samuel Boadu has guided the club to a historic feat, winning the title ahead of bitter rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
