Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC former player, Dauda Mohammed featured in Anderlecht’s 2-2 draw at Zulte Waregem on Saturday evening.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward came on as a substitute for the Mauves as they picked point away from home at Waregem in the Belgium Pro League.
Dauda, on the 66th minutes was introduced to the match at the time his team was leading 2-1 to replace Paul Mukairu who provided the first assist for Anderlecht’s equalizer.
The game finished 2-2 as Anderlecht’s winless run stretch to four matches in the league this season with their last win coming against Royal Antwerp FC on November 1.
Dauda played the last 24 minutes of the match but there was nothing he could do to prevent his team from dropping points from winning position.
His involvement in the match was his first this campaign after returning from Esbjerg FB in Denmark where he played on loan last season.
The former Asante Kotoko player would be hoping for opportunities to stake a claim in the team after his first game against Daniel Opare’s Zulte Waregem.
