Kumasi Asante Kotoko central defender Abdul Ganiyu is not happy with his side’s 1-0 defeat to Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League outstanding game.
The talented guardsman played full throttle as the “Dade Boys” saw off his team at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday afternoon.
Ganiyu was lamented over the defeat but was pleased he is gradually getting back to his best after the long layoff.
“It feels good to be back playing every day. It was unfortunate the results we had against Olympics, but we will continue to do our best for the team.” Ganiyu stated after the game.
Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu has come under serious criticism following the defeat to Olympics with people calling for his immediate dismissal.
