GFA commissions new $500,000 Astro Turf at Ghanaman Soccer Center

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) have completed a construction of a new Astro turf pitch estimated $500,000 at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence at Prampram.

The project, first of its kind was commissioned during the GFA Ordinary Congress which is ongoing at Prampram on December 12.

The new turf was constructed under GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi’s led administration and is located behind the Ben Kwofie block.

There pitch will server as a comfortable training facility for the various national teams who go through lots of stress following  the poor nature of playing field at the Ghanaman Soccer of Excellence [Prampram].
