The Juventus star could be called up for the Black Stars crucial world cup qualifier clash next month against Egypt after overcoming an injury setback.
Ghana is in joyous mood after midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah resumed full training on Monday following a month on the sidelines.
The former Udinese indefatigable midfielder suffered a knee sprain in a 1-0 win over Palermo last month, ruling him out of the stalemates with Uganda and South Africa, following the announcement of an expected 45-day recovery period.
Asamoah however, is in line to return to the national outfit for the crunch 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Egypt on November 13 after making an earlier-than-expected recovery.
The development is the latest positive news from Ghana’s camp following Andre Ayew’s return to full training at West Ham last week.
Asamoah could be available for selection when Juve host Sampdoria in the Serie A on Wednesday.
He has so far made four aperances for Juventus this season.
