Black Stars defender Gideon Mensah returned to action for Bordeaux on Sunday as they suffered a 3-0 loss to Monaco in the French Ligue 1.
The talented left-back replaced Ricardo Mangas in the 69th-minute mark of the game as his team suffered the heavy loss at the Stade Louis II, Monaco.

The game was Mensah’s first match after the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Ethiopia.
Meanwhile, the former WAFA player has been invited for the World Cup qualifiers double-header against Zimbabwe later this month.
