Former Ghana defender Samuel Osei Kuffour was in action on Saturday for African legends as they drew 3-3 with ex Congolese players at the Martyrs Stadium in Kinshasa.
The game was part if events marking the 7th edition of the Night of African Football and it attracted the creme de la creme of from the continent.
Appiah netted the third goal for the African legends with a sublime finish in the 73rd minute as the game ended 3-3.
Among the players who featured for the African legends were Daniel Amokachi, Mark Fish, Kalusha Bwalya, Patrick Mboma Emmanyel Adebayor and Nwankwo Kanu.
