Ghanaian clubs in recent years find it difficult maintaining players after a season or two, an action which makes it difficult for them to compete in the CAF inter-club competitions.
However, a Board member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Vincent Sowah Odotei, has hinted his outfit (Hearts of oak) will be consistent by maintaining its current squad in their quest to excel in Africa.
He tells Kumasi 104.1 FM that: “Well, I believe that any team that wants to aspire to the higher economics and go to Africa, needs to find a way out, so we have no other option than to find a way out in order to maintain a team that can bring success.”
The former deputy Sports Minister added that “Every team has to find a way out if you want to win titles, so we have no option than we find a way out”.
The former Caf Champions League winners are on course to end their Eleven years trophy drought by winning the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League following their thunderous display.
Samuel Boadu’s side needs six points from their last three games to be declared Champions.
