Struggling King Faisal suffered a 4-2 defeat to Inter Allies at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday afternoon in match day 7 of the Ghana Premier League.
Nigerien import Victorien Adebayor received a 16th minute pass from the right side,dribbled two King Faisal defenders before placing the ball behind goalkeeper Moro Yusif for Inter Allies’ first goal.
Inter Allies dominated play and made things very uncomfortable for the visitors who ended up conceding four goals.
Winger Samuel Armah in the 38th minute raced swiftly into the goal area of King Faisal after picking a ball from the left side of attack and rounded off a central defender before slotting home the second for Allies.
King Faisal however, pulled one back after Inter Allies goalkeeper,George Apronti made a howler of the ball for Osman Ibrahim to head home the goal on the 55th minute.
A delightful display King Faisal in the aread of Inter Allies saw Mohammed Mustapha smash home the equalizer on the 59th minute.
Inter Allies nonetheless, restored the lead courtesy Samuel Armah’s 85th minute strike with Michael Gyamera netting a 90th minute goal to seal a deserving 4-2 victory for the hosts.
