The Week 15 outstanding games due to continental commitments will be played today at Hohoe Park and Tamale Sports Stadium as Heart of Lions squares off against Medeama SC while Karela entertains Dreams FC.

Bashir Hayford has won 2 out of the 3 Premier League games played since taking over from Fatawau Salifu. He has brought the winning mentality to a side that went 15 games without recording a single win. In a tight fixture against the struggling defending champions who are without the services of key players Jonathan Sowah and Hamidu Fatawu, Heart of Lions will need to play above their usual standards to get the three points.

Medeama SC has been in horrible form after winning two Premier League games in their last 5. Their title defence chances are little by little becoming slim as they have dropped in performance and standards.

Karela v Dreams
Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, Tamale
3 pm

Karela United have struggled throughout the entire season as they languish in the relegation zone. In a season that they have been away from home, results have been appalling so it is no surprise that they’re in the relegation zone.

With just one win in their last 5 Premier League games, Karela United must start picking up points to gather momentum for the Second Round of the season.

Dreams FC on the other hand have won back-to-back with star men John Antwi, Abdul Aziz Issah and Agyenim Boateng Mensah all stepping up at this crucial moment. Karim Zito’s Dreams are 11th on the log and a win will send them to the top 10 of the table. It will be a difficult game in Tamale as the stakes are high for both teams.
