Ghana president Akufo-Addo gifts Hearts of Oak ¢1m ahead of Confederation Cup

Ghana president Nana Akufo Addo has given Hearts Of Oak GHc1 million for their CAF Confederation Cup campaign, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.

The first gentleman of the land gifted the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League winners money to motivate them ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup playoffs first leg on Sunday.

Hearts of Oak Board led by Vincent Sowah Odotei paid a courtesy call on the president today at the president’s residence.

The Phobians also presented the two trophies the won last season to the president who urged them to perform well in their continental competition.
