Ghanaian international Isaac Twum has expressed joy after netting his debut goal that helped IK Start to pick an important 1-0 victory against Aalesund on Sunday in the Norwegian top-flight league.
The former Inter Allies captain was a delight to watch as he took control of the game in midfield for IK Start as his 39th-minute strike helped them pick an important win in the crucial fixture at the Soer Arena.
The goal is Twum’s very first goal for Start since joining them in 2018 from Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies FC.
The former Ghana U17 and U20 star has made 10 appearances and scored once in the Norwegian top-flight this season.
Isaac Twum has been a stand out performer for Start and remains a key member of his team this season.
Speaking after the game, the 22-year old enforcer couldn’t hide his excitement, stating that: ”I think it’s really a great feeling having your first goal for the club and its an important game and you winning the game for the club is really exciting,”
