Ghana’s center-back Abdul Mumin is getting closer to joining English Premier League side Southampton FC from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland.
The 22-year-old defender joined the Tigers from lower tier side HB Koge in 2018 and has been in a commanding form since his move.
Mumin played throughout the Denmark Superligaen 2019-20 season at the helms of affairs of defense for Nordsjaelland who finished sixth after the regular season.
Due to his remarkable performance in the Danish top-flight in the just ended season, numerous clubs across Europe are chasing after his signature of which English side Southampton are in pole position to snatch the Ghanaian.
The defender has ended his stay at Superligaen side, Nordsjaelland after the end of the Danish top-flight fueling reports about his imminent move to Southampton.
