Ghanaian international Abdul Rahman Baba put up another solid performance on Wednesday night despite Reading FC’s 3-0 defeat to Sunderland at the Madejski Stadium.
The Royals were 2-0 down before recess and manager Paul Ince had to bring the talented Ghanaian left-back to replace Mamadou Loum Ndiaye.
Baba was very efficient with excellent defending as he held the Sunderland attackers at bay and was able to move forward with surging runs on a number of occasions to join the attack.
The Ghanaian star despite playing just 45 minutes was arguably his side’s best player on the day.
