Dutch-born Ghanaian defender Derrick Luckassen was sent off on his debut in the Turkish Super Lig for Kasimpasa on Monday night.
Luckassen who started for Kasimpasa in the game against Erzurumspor was handed a hot red card in the 91st minute after being booked for the second time.
The 25-year-old was first flashed with the yellow card in the 58th minute.
Erzurumspor opened the scoring through Cenk Ahmet in the 30th minute before Ricardo Jorge Pires Gomes doubled the lead on 17 minutes later.
Isaac Kesiie Thelin pulled one back for Kasimpasa in the 73rd minute.
Luckassen is on loan from Dutch giants PSV with the Turkish club having the option of making the deal a permanent one.
The lanky defender is currently holding talks with the Ghana Football Association to play for the Black Stars.
