Former Ghana U20 captain, Ishaku Konda was named Man-Of-The-Match in his team’s defeat in Poland against Slask Wroclaw by the fans of his team, Paide Linnameeskond.

The Ghanaian center-back was a pivot for the Estonia Meistriliiga side when they lost 2-0 away from home and exited the new UEFA Conference League on Thursday evening.

The hosts, Slask Wroclaw scored in both halves to secure a 2-0 win and 4-1 aggregate score after winning the first leg in Estonia by a 2-1 scoreline to eliminate Konda’s team from the competition.

After the game, the supporters of the Estonia team voted for the 21-year-old Ghanaian defender as the Most Valuable Player of the match.
