Ghanaian duo Keenan Appiah-Forson and Joseph Annang Tetteh featured for West Ham United U23s as they defeated Arsenal U23s 2-1 in the English Premier League 2 on Saturday evening.
The two players started the game and lasted the full 90 minutes in matchday 26 of the English Premier League 2 fixture.
Annang Tetteh was handed a starting role in the Goalpost by coach Dmitri Halajko while Appiah-Forson started from his usual position in midfield.
Conor Coventry shot the visitors ahead in the 31st-minute mark of the game from the spot before his lead was canceled by Nikolaj Moller three minutes later also from the spot.
With the game almost ending one apiece, Ademipo Odubeko expertly converted a penalty four minutes from regulation time to seal a 2-1 victory for West Ham United at the Meadow Park.
Appiah-Foron,19, who has been tipped to make his West Ham United senior team debut next season, has so far made 17 appearances for the U23s this campaign with three goals to his name.
Annang, 20, on the other hand, has so far played 19 games for West Ham United this term in the English Premier League 2.
West Ham currently sits 11 on the league standings with 23 points, two below Arsenal who occupy the 10th position.
