Ghanaian versatile midfielder, Erich Berko provided his first assist of the season for SV Darmstadt 98 in their emphatic win on the road in the Bundesliga.
The Ghanaian-born German came from the bench to set up Darmstadt’s second goal in their 2-0 away win at Jahn Regensburg on Sunday afternoon.
Emir Karic scored on the 70th minute mark with 20 minutes left on the clock to play after a goalless first 45 minutes of the match to put the visitors 1-0 up.
Deep into additional time period of the match, Berko set up Tobias Kempe up to score the insurance goal for the Blue and Whites outfit as they cruised to a 2-0 win.
The 27-year-old versatile Ghanaian player has played 11 games this season in the German Bundesliga 2 and has an assist to his name.
