Ghanaian striker, Benjamin Tetteh scored his first league goal for Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday afternoon.
The former U-20 goal machine netted his first goal to power his team Malatyaspor to their first league win this season in the Turkish top-flight after four attempts against Antalyaspor at home.
The 23-year-old predator finisher played 90 minutes of the match and scored on the 10th minutes of the game to put his side in the driving seat before halftime.
Tetteh’s goal proved to be enough as the host maintained their one-goal advantage throughout the 80 minutes to secure a vital point and a first league win of the season.
The Ghanaian forward has a goal in two games this campaign since he joined and was subbed off in today’s game after 90 minutes as Kulibay Kanatsizkus took his place.
