Ghanaian forward Malik Abubakari scored his second goal of the season for Swedes giant Malmö FF at home to Degerfos IF on Saturday afternoon.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker played full throttle for the Sky Blue and Whites outfit in their emphatic and comprehensive 3-0 victory in the Allsvenskan.
He was given his first start of the season in the league since joining this summer Portugal Primeira Liga side Moreirense on a three-year deal.
Two minutes away from the half time whistle, Veljko Birmančević scored the opening goal to make it 1-0 to the home team going into the break.
Eight minutes after the hour mark, Abubakari’s right-footed shot from the center of the box went straight into the bottom right corner following a beautiful control and dancing his way around the defenders after an assist by Anders Christiansen with 22 minutes left on the clock to play.
Christiansen made it 3-0 and the points save for Malmö when he scored with a brilliant free-kick after 87 minutes to make the final score 3-0 to the hosts.
The Ghanaian forward has two goals in five matches in the Sweden Allsvenskan to his name.
