Ghanaian attacker Mohammed Dauda could be handed a fresh deal at Anderlecht following his impressive preseason form in the friendly games he has played.
SPORTSworldGhana.com can exclusively reveal that Anderlecht are not getting 19-year-old Nigerian attacker Toluwalase Emmanuel Arokodare from Latvian outfit Valmieras FK and manager Vincent Kompany has asked that Dauda stays if no good offer comes.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian has just one year left on his contract and is expected to be handed an additional two years if he continues at the Lotto Park.
Dauda played the just-ended season on loan at Danish Superligaen club Esbjerg where he managed just four goals in 22 appearances.
He has been linked with ADO Den Haag and Huesca in the ongoing summer transfer window.
