Ghanaian forward, Prosper Kasim scored again for Birmingham Legion on Sunday in the USL Championship in the United States of America against Memphis 901 FC.
The former Inter Allies FC player grabbed the opening goal of the match to break the deadlock on the 42nd minute mark with a close range finish following a poor defending from the opponent.
On the stroke of half time whistle, the home struck back to make the score line 1-1 at the break.
Eleven minutes from full time, Alex Crognale headed home what seemed to be the winning goal for Birmingham with a sweet header after 79 minutes.
Deep into additional time period of the frenetic and entertaining encounter, Roland Lamah’s header and Raúl González’s spectacular overhead kick broke Kasim and his teammates hearts as they succumbed to a 2-3 loss on the road to Memphis 901 FC.
The 24-year-old versatile forward has three goals and one assist this season in the USL Championship.
