Ghanaian forward Prosper Kasim scored the only goal of the match to win all three points for his team Birmingham Legion at home to Charlotte FC.
The attacker found the back of the net for his team fifteen minutes into the second half of the match with a cool finish in the 60th minute.
He played the entire duration of the match to help his side secure a vital home win over their opponents to reach the last eight of the 2023 USA Open Cup competition.
The 26-year-old Ghanaian forward has two goals in the cup competition and four assists in the USL Championship this year for the club.
