Ghanaian goalkeeper Jordan Amissah has been selected as part of Sheffield United’s squad for their preseason tour in Portugal.
After spending last season on loan at Burton Albion, Amissah now has the opportunity to prove himself during the tour.
He joined Sheffield United following Ghana U23’s elimination from AFCON U23 in Morocco.
The talented shot stopper will be aiming to secure a place in the team for the upcoming campaign and make his mark in the Premier League.
Amissah is expected to feature in the friendly against Estoril and will also travel for matches against Rotherham United, Girona, Derby County, and Stuttgart.
The ex-Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper is set to join the team for a friendly against Rotherham United in New York, followed by games against Girona in Manchester, Derby County, and Stuttgart at the Bramall Lane.
