Ghanaian midfielder Joachim Adukor has expressed excitement after being named in the BH Premija Liga Best XI after first half of the season.
The 25 year old defensive midfielder’s scintillating performance for SK Sarajevo earned him a spot in the 3-3-1-3 formation best XI team for the first round of the Bosnian topflight.
”It’s a good feeling, I wasn’t really expecting it but it’s good to know how hard I am working.” Adukor exclusively told SportsworldGhana.com.
Quizzed what he hopes to achieve with the club at the end of the season, the former Black Meteors midfielder stated ”I’m looking forward to getting even better and also winning the league title because we have a very good chance.”
Adukor played all the nineteen matches for Sarajevo, scoring a goal with two assists.
Sarajevo lead the log with 43 points as they chase their first domestic league title and UEFA Champions League spot since 2015.
