Belgium’s Standard Liege have made a significant addition to their squad with the signing of Ghanaian forward Grejohn Kyei, who joins the Jupiler Pro League side on a three-year deal until summer 2027.
The 28-year-old Kyei, who has French-Ghanaian nationality, comes to Standard Liege after his contract with French outfit Clermont Foot expired last month.
He made 27 appearances for Clermont Foot in the recently concluded campaign, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
Kyei, who has had spells with RC Lens, Stade Reims, and Servette, among others, is expected to play a key role for Standard Liege in the 2024/25 football season.
His experience and skillset will be a valuable asset for the club as they look to make an impact in the upcoming campaign.
