French Ligue 2 club RC Lens have completed the signing Ghanaian attacker Grejohn Kyei in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The 23-year- old attacker, joins RC Lens on a season-long loan deal from Stade Riems.
“Grejohn is a boy we know for a long time, we know he has enormous qualities. At one point, of course, he was a little lost and may not have responded to all the promises he had made. He started very young in Ligue 1 and made high-level matches.” RC Lens Sporting Director, Eric Roy told the club’s official website.
“We consider that we are able to revive it. Sometimes, players need to change their air and evolve in a new environment to have the click. That’s what we hope with him!”
“His qualities are unanimously recognized: he is able to score goals, to make a difference. It was also important to bring a little more weight ahead and improve our offensive potential. The season is long, there are many games.”
Kyei scored three goals in his 31 appearances for Stade Reims last season.
