The former Astana FC star player had his debut for his new club Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors as they drew one apiece against FC Seoul in the Korean League.
The Ghanaian international, recently joined the K League powerhouse from Cypriot side Pafos FC, following a productive loan spell at Beitar Jerusalem in Israel, where he featured in 38 matches and scored 9 goals across all competitions during the 2024/25 season.
Twumasi brings a wealth of international experience to Jeonbuk, having played in Spain, Germany, Kazakhstan, and Israel throughout his professional career. His most prolific period came during his time at FC Astana in Kazakhstan, where he netted 53 goals and registered 31 assists in 143 appearances.
That standout form earned him a high-profile move to Spanish La Liga side Deportivo Alavés in 2018.
