Ghana’s forward Ropapa Kwamina Mensah was at it again for Pittsburgh Riverhounds in their resounding away win over New York Red Bulls II.
The Ghanaian International striker netted his fourth league goal for his team as they dismantled their opponents NY Red Bulls II in the USL Championship.
Mensah, after being put through on goal on the stroke of half time shuffled off the challenge from the defender and slotted the ball past the goalkeeper nicely to put the visitors 1 – 0 up before the break.
Preston Kilwien scored an own goal six minutes into the second half to double the visitors lead with over 30 minutes of the match to be played.
Eight minutes later, Robbie Mertz made it three to the good when he reacted the quickest inside the goal area to pounce on a lose ball to make it look an easy victory for the Black and Yellows.
The 23-year-old goal monger has four goals and two assists to his name in 11 games this campaign after joking from MLS side Nashville SC.
