Ghana’s Black Stars attacker Sadat Karim scored his first goal of the season for Halmstads BK in their 2-0 home win over Östers IF on Tuesday.
The Ghana International broke his ten games goal drought when he netted the home team’s second goal to put them 2-0 at the Örjans Vall Stadion.
The 28-year-old has been in a fine form recently banging in three assists from his previous 10 games before tonight’s encounter with Östers IF in the Sweden Superettan.
Sadat has now been directly involved in four goals in 11 games scoring his first in Halmstads BK home win in the Swedes second tier.
The host leapfrogged GIF Sundsvall to occupy the second place spot with their comfortable 2-0 win at home.
