Ghanaian teen sensation Keenan Appiah-Forson enjoyed full 90 minutes of action for West Ham United as they recorded a late dramatic 3-2 win against Manchester United in the English Premier League 2.
An injury-time goal condemned Manchester United to defeat at home to bottom-of-the-table West Ham on Friday night.
Former Man. United striker Mipo Odubeko, who left United seeking first team football in East London, scored a brilliant hat-trick as the Hammers came from two goals behind to win in the crucial game.
United had taken the lead in the second half with goals from Mark Helm and Anthony Elanga but Odubeko’s finishing was just amazing as he single-handedly sealed a 3-2 sweet victory for the young Hammers.
Appiah-Forson, 19, who is expected to be unleashed by West Ham manager David Moyes in the English Premier League next season, was again at his quality best as he dominated the midfield with some excellent passes and ball distribution.
The English-born Ghanaian is touted as massive potential as the homegrown talent is considered a future prospect in East London.
He has so far this season, made 14 league appearances for West Ham United, scoring three times.
