Ghanaian teen defender Atta Gyan promoted to Freiburg Under 19

French-born Ghanaian defender Brian Atta Gyan will play in the Under 19  team of Bundesliga side Freiburg in the coming season.

Gyan, 17 was instrumental for Freiburg in the U17 Bundesliga Sud last season making 21 appearances and has now been rewarded with an elevation to the U19 squad.

The budding center-back is one of the promising players in the Freiburg youth team and has already been tipped for success in his career.

He joined Freiburg on a free transfer from Offenburg in the summer of 2019
