French-Born Ghanaian teen, Stredair Appuah has signed his first professional contract as a footballer with French Ligue 1 side Stade de Rennes.
The Club, on Tuesday, June 27 announced the agreemnet to tie the youngster to a long term contract which runs through to the end of the 2025-26 season.
He arrived at the club in 2021 from Paris Saint Germain at the yellow and green reserve of Stéphane Ziani and played in the National 2 championship.
He made his senior debut in March this season at home to OGC Nice after excelling and impressing manager Antoine Kombouaré as he played the last ten minutes as a left winger.
He made five appearances in the 2022-23 season for the Yellow and Green side including their crucial last three games of the season and helped his team maintain top-flight status on final day with a slim victory over SCO Angers.
Due to his enormous amount of talent and willingness to grow at the club, the French Ligue 1 side have offered him a contract to keep him at the club till summer 2026.
