Ghanaian teenage stars Eric Appiah Ansu and Samuel Asoma came off the bench to feature for Club Brugge as they came from behind to draw 2-2 with Real Madrid and clinched qualification to the next round of the UEFA Youth League on Wednesday.
Madrid, who went into the game as group leaders, were already 2-1 up at the Versluys Arena when the two Ghanaian sensations were introduced around the 84th minute mark to have a feel of the game.
Ansu and Asoma made their presence felt as they both helped in the build up leading to the equaliser.
Samuel Asoma has been at Club Brugge for some years now and has represented Belgium at various youth levels.
Meanwhile Eric Appiah Ansu who hold a Ghanaian passport is yet to be capped by either Ghana or Belgium at the various youth levels internationally.
