John Antwi’s Pyramid goes head to head with Tanzanian-based side FC Namungo in a make or break the tie for qualification in group D.
Pyramid will be hoping to overturn the results of the first leg where they lost to Namungo Fc. The Egyptian club succumbed to a defeat to the relatively unknown Tanzanian club who have Duah Stephen and Sey Stephen in their outfit.
With Raja Casablanca already qualified to the next stage of the competition, John Antwi FC Pyramid will have to beat Namungo Fc at the 30 June Stadium to ensure they book qualification.
John Antwi has already made history with the Egyptian side as the only foreign player to score more than 70 goals in the country’s top flight. The ex Ismaily player earned his first back star call-up last year.
His fellow compatriots, Sey Stephen formerly of Tudu Might Jets and Duah Stephen are the whipping boys in group D with zero points from 5 games.
