Ghanaian international winger, Abu Danladi scored his first league goal for Nashville SC in the Major League Soccer in America on Saturday.
The 24-year-old netted his side’s fourth goal of the match as they walloped Atlanta United by a 4-2 score line in the week 11 fixture in the MLS.
Dominique Badji scored under 60 seconds after kickoff to hand the host a perfect start to the match before Jeff Larentowicz equalized for the visitors after 19 minutes to put the away team level.
Hany Mukhtar restored the host’s lead after 28 minutes before Dax McCarty scored the third goal to make it 3-1 before the break.
The former Minnesota United star, Danladi scored his first goal of the year on the 57th minutes mark to make it 4-1 to the dominant host who were cruising to victory after a perfect first half.
George Bello reduced the deficit for the visitors on the hour make to bring the score to 4-2 as they suffered defeat away from home.
Taylor Washington replaced Danladi after 62 minutes of the match but no goal was scored again and the game finished 4 – 2 to the home team.
Danladi has played 10 games in the MLS this year and has a goal to his credit after grabbing his first of the season against Atlanta United on Saturday evening.
