Ghanaian international Ernest Asante has won the Cypriot League with Omonia Nicosia in his first season.
Asante, 32, joined Omonia in August last year after torrid time in the Gulf and has been superb so far playing 30 league games and netting eight goals as the Queen won the Cypriot First Division with three games to spare.
The contract of the Ghanaian will expire on June 30, 2022 but he could be handed a fresh deal this summer after proving himself.
The fleet-footed winger previously played in Scandinavia where he achieved great success with clubs such as IK Start and FK Nordsjaelland.
