Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Essiam has started training with Swiss Super League giant FC Basel after joining the club on Tuesday.
The 18-year-old versatile midfielder joined the Blue and Reds outfit on a 4 and half year deal after impressing the technical handlers.
The youngster trained for the first time with his new team mates on Thursday ahead of the resumption of the Super League second round.
He joined the Switzerland powerhouse from Ghana Premier League side Berekum Chelsea FC and was a member of the Black Satellites team that won the CAF Youth Championship in Mauritania.
