Former RSC Anderlecht player, Stéphane Auguste Demol says he’s never been impressed with the performance of Ghanaian youngster Francis Amuzu at the Belgium outfit.
According to the former Belgium player, the Ghanaian is only known for pace and doesn’t add anything to his game except for his speed.
He stated that the young man has had his chances at the club but has failed to impress and must be shown the exit door to prove himself somewhere else.
“He has often had his chance, but he cannot convince me. He runs fast and almost always passes his man, that is, but the continuation is not forthcoming,” says Stéphane Demol at Sport/Voetbalmagazine.
He also continued by saying, the youngster doesn’t warrant a starting position at the club due to his inconsistencies in his performances.
“He has not yet shown that he has to kick-off every weekend. Maybe he should take on a new challenge elsewhere.”
The 22-year-old has 3 goals and 4 assists in 21 games this season. However, Amuzu has scored 10 goals and assisted 15 in 127 official matches since his first-team debut in 2017.
