Ghanaian teen Justin Diehl who joined Bundesliga side FC Cologne first team for pre-season training has picked an injury at his left ankle.
Diehl was included in the squad, making him one of many youngsters handed the great opportunity to showcase their talents.
The 16-year-old Ghanaian player plays for Cologne’s U17 team and performed well in their league. He scored 9 goals in 12 games.
However, the first-team coach who was impressed with the talented boy’s performance gave him a spot in the pre-season squad.
Unfortunately for the youngster, he has suffered up an injury on his left ankle last Tuesday. It is, however, not clear whether the injury was that severe or not.
